Sustainable Fashion for Ultimate Closet Organization

Spread the LOVE…sustainable fashion and upcycling are terms that are not only all the rage, but a great way to give gently loved items a new life, and help keep your closet more organized through consistent donating.

You know we love a good closet clean-out, however, we are also aware that shopping for replacement pieces or new items is also part of the process! As we learn more about the impact of waste in landfills and harmful emissions, the more were gravitating towards sustainable clothing brands when suggesting options for our clients.

Sustainable fashion = The ethically and environmentally friendly way brands create clothing. These brands are not only reducing their impact on the environment but also being mindful of the people who work to produce the garments.

Upcycling = Discarded clothing repurposed/reused to create a new product. This helps to reduce overconsumption and is a really fun way to give your old items some new life!

Below were sharing some of our favorite sustainable fashion brands including Mate the Label, Re/Done, Patagonia and Reformation. And for or second-hand clothing, check out the new offerings from Ba&sh and of course The Revury.

Plus, here’s a shout out to brands like Madewell and Evereve that give you money back and/or a discount off any denim purchase when you bring in any pair of gently-worn denim in exchange. They are committed to responsibly recycling your old denim and helping to conserve our environment.

Did you also know that when our team does a closet clean out for you, we handle all your donation drop offs and resell pickups? Yes we do!!

xx Teresa
